We are RECRUITING NOW and always like to hear from cheerful and reliable childcare workers who wish to work in one of our day nurseries. Ideally candidates should hold a level 3 childcare qualification, but we do offer practical in-house training every two months and work with external assessors to help you gain your childcare qualifications.
Our Managers are encouraged to be welcoming, approachable and friendly and will support you both personally and professionally. In time, there may be opportunities for promotion which are subject of course to your aspiration and your ability.
Our current staff tell us we're a great place to work (see their comments below last updated October 2016). We know they particularly enjoy our regular team building events, our Summer Fun Day and our staff Christmas party. They also enjoy the chance to earn some extra pocket money through our 'out of hours baby-sitting service'.
